Energy Psychology
There are so many mind-body approaches that can help you to break through whatever is holding you back from moving forward and living your most joyful, authentic life. Practices may include polyvagal theory, PSYCH-K, energy medicine, emotional freedom technique (EFT), mindfulness, breath work, and more.
Group Therapy
Group therapy provides us with a space to heal with the support of others on the same journey.
We take time and care to make sure this experience is right for you with an initial screening before registration.
COVID Precautions: Consultations are available in-person following Covid precautions and via telehealth for Maine residents. We will practice social distancing and maintain all COVID-19 related precautions for all programs at Hopespring.
